The Construction Leadership Training program strives to improve leadership skills of all workers at all levels. We build leaders from the ground up - from laborers all the way to superintendents. Through continuous education, close contact with construction companies, and customized lesson planning, we work to combat the Three C’s of Construction: Confusion, Conflict, and Chaos.
Our program includes Monthly Classes, 6 Levels of Construction Leadership and Scheduling 8.0 classes. Each type of class offers training in different areas of construction. From professional communication to effective team strategy, your company leaders will learn how to achieve goals while improving the process.
